We are currently recruiting an Events & Activities Manager to:

  • Deliver an animation and events programme for the Connswater Community Greenway to ensure that it is welcoming, well used and an attractive place to visit, explore and enjoy

  • Establish and develop the C.S. Lewis Square as an events ‘venue’ attracting a range of community, arts and animation activities

  • Provide event management support to others including the EastSide Partnership group of companies, local communities and the public and private sectors

We are currently recruiting a Neighbourhood Renewal Co-ordinator to:

  • provide professional support to two East Belfast Neighbourhood Renewal Partnerships (NRPs) in Inner East and Tullycarnet

  • support the delivery of both the Inner East and Tullycarnet Neighbourhood Renewal Action Plans

  • promote the benefits of the Neighbourhood Renewal process in the respective Neighbourhood Renewal Areas and encourage increased participation across the sub-groups and the Partnerships

Connswater Community Greenway is hosting a Summer Fayre on C.S. Lewis Square on Sunday 24th June, 11am- 3pm.

There will be stalls, face- painting, entertainment and much more.

Be inspired to get on your bike – whatever your age or ability – at Belfast’s first ever festival dedicated to all things cycling. Belcycle is a family-friendly festival taking place on Saturday 16 June under the watchful eye of Aslan the lion at C.S. Lewis Square in east Belfast.

EastSide Container Park is the latest addition to the east Belfast landscape. The previously derelict site at 392-400 Newtownards Road has been transformed with landscaping, planting, street furniture and shipping containers and today Landmark East, along with funders and partners, celebrated the completion of the project and full occupancy of the containers.

We are recruiting a Project Administrator (Maternity Cover) to support the delivery of the Belfast East Community Education Programme with particular focus on communication and administration, supporting the programme team and programme management structure. 

We need someone with:

* 2+ years’ work experience in senior administration

* 5 G.C.S.Es including English and Maths

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
