EastSide Property (formerly Landmark East) is a not-for-profit company owned by EastSide Partnership developing unused and derelict property to provide high quality office accommodation for community, voluntary and social economy organisations.
EastSide Partnership established the company, with support from the Belfast Regeneration Office, to make a practical physical contribution to urban regeneration and to develop an asset base for further regeneration in the future.
Our Property
Avalon House
Opened in March 2006, this modern centre has approximately 5000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation. It includes lift access to all floors, and there are facilities for storing cycles, showering etc. It is currently occupied by EastSide Partnership.
Bloomfield House
This landmark building in the heart of east Belfast at Holywood Arches is well known as the former Irvines shoe shop. Completely refurbished in 2002, this centre is home to a community run creche, a counselling service and Orchard Cafe.
Bridges Family Practice
The run down Bryson Street Surgery was replaced by Bridges Family Practice after £1million was secured from The Northern Ireland Executive's Social Investment Fund by EastSide Property. This state-of-the art surgery now has enhanced facilities to ensure health practitioners can provide improved services to the community. Bridges Family Practice construction was completed in 2016.
EastSide Visitor Centre
The EastSide Visitor Centre is located at the Holywood Arches on the Newtownards Road. Construction of the centre was part financed by the EU Sustainable Competitiveness Programme, administered by Tourism Northern Ireland and also funded by Belfast City Council through the Local Investment Fund, and EastSide Partnership.
The visitor centre includes JACK Coffee Bar, interactive information points, high tech displays celebrating local legends, visitor information and tourism/heritage trails and an opportunity to purchase locally made merchandise. The visitor centre opened in August 2016.
The Enler Centre
The Enler Centre is in the heart of Ballybeen, developed by EastSide Partnership with support from Belfast Regeneration Office, Castlereagh Borough Council, NI Housing Executive, International Fund for Ireland, South & East Trust and many groups within the local community. The building opened in 2011. The retail unit occupants include Boots and Mace.
George Best House
In 2011, EastSide Property purchased George Best's family home in order to preserve the legacy of the east Belfast legend. The home has been retro-refurbished to a 1960s style and is available to rent for visitors to experience life in the house for George before he left to join Manchester United in 1963. Laburnum House
A small centre in Bloomfield Avenue with a large ground floor ‘shop front’ unit two small apartments on the upper floors.
Lagan Village Tower
This property was completed in 2001 and has 6000 sq ft of office accommodation on three floors with lift access to all floors. Currently fully let to the Orcharville Society and Orchardville Business Centre.
