The Reading Fair, organised by EastSide Learning, is a colourful and friendly free event for parents to access information and advice to support their child’s reading and will provide space for showcasing the support on offer from a range of agencies including; Education Authority NI, Department. of Education, Libraries NI, Museums NI, Save the Children and the Book Trust.
East Belfast Urban Village Community Gardeners are offering local people, especially those with an interest in community gardening, the opportunity to visit Larne Lough Nursery on Thursday 23rd March.
Bus departs from Connswater Pocket Park, Connswater Street at 9am.
Following the success of last year's EastSide Learning Reading Fair, we have decided to hold another this year, but we need your help.
We need your donations of nearly new children's books in order to build a “Giving Library”. All donations to be received by Tuesday 21st March to EastSide Partnership offices.
The Reading Fair takes place on Friday 24th March at Skainos.
All residents from East Belfast, particularly those interested in community gardening, are welcome to join us FREE of charge for a trip to Mount Stewart on Thursday 9 March , 9.00-16.00.

You may remember last year we had a public vote to name the Connswater Community Greenway bridges from Dixon Playing Fields to Beersbridge Road including The Hollow.
On Monday 13th February we will be celebrating the new names with an Unveiling Event at 12pm.
