We are seeking the services of an experienced consultant to work with us to develop an ambitious regeneration strategy and impact measurement framework to inform the future direction of our work.

The consultant will provide expert direction, consultation and advice to develop a new strategic plan through an integrated approach with staff, relevant stakeholders and board members, will streamline the current strategic planning process across the group of companies and develop an impact measurement framework aligned to the new regeneration strategy.

The ground floor unit at Bloomfield House, 395-405 Newtownards Road is now available to let. This prime location, at Holywood Arches, was previously let to a day care centre and is fitted out to suit this use, however would be suitable for a variety of alternative commercial uses.

Dates for guided tours of Templemore Baths Heritage Space have been released for the month of August.

The Heritage Space at Templemore Baths is the only remaining public baths on the island of Ireland and lots of original Victorian features of the building have been preserved including the slipper baths, ticket office and architectural features.

The building, which has been at the heart of the community for 130 years, tells the stories of those who have used the space for work, leisure and hygiene.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Officer to join the EastSide Greenways team. The main purpose of the role will be to:

  • support the EastSide Greenways Manager to deliver the strategic objectives of the project

  • carry out effective communication with stakeholders in relation to the Connswater Community Greenway and the potential wider network of EastSide Greenways

A Green Health Map for East Belfast is a new resource developed by Belfast Healthy Cities in partnership with EastSide Greenways and East Belfast Community Development Agency.

It brings together key messages linked to greening and health, and encourages people to use their local green spaces.

The Green Health Map supports individuals and communities to be: 

• More informed on the health and wellbeing benefits of using green spaces.

• More informed on local green spaces and walking routes.

• Encouraged to walk to and use local green spaces.

With support from the Dormant Accounts Fund we have been undertaking a governance review to explore opportunities for sustainability and future direction of the organisation. As a result, we are now looking for new board members to support and guide EastSide Partnership on the next stage of our journey.
