EastSide Property, the dedicated property development subsidiary of EastSide Partnership, require the services of an experienced property professional in order to provide advice and support to the board to manage existing, and to explore new property opportunities.

The assignment will involve the scoping and appraisal of new property projects, managing new build projects, and the assessment and appraisal of our existing portfolio.

The nights are still quite cold and dark and while the CCG is lit and accessible 24/7 we know it is still difficult to motivate ourselves to get out in the evening for a walk and that some people might also feel nervous about walking alone at night.

EastSide Partnership in partnership with ‘Strand Stories’ are looking for participants for an 8 week programme exploring the local heritage of Sydenham/Strandtown area.

Each week there will be a visiting speaker or workshop to help you discover more about your neighbourhood, past residents, local landmarks and what makes the area special. There will be plenty of opportunity to share your own memories, stories and pictures and contribute to making these public.
