Tarah McGonigle

Tarah has joined the team as Project Officer, where she supports local artists in developing their creative practice. Tarah is looking forward to engaging with the east Belfast community to encourage participation in creative activities, helping design and deliver a dynamic, year-round programme of arts events, including the annual EastSide Arts Festival.

Tarah holds an MA in Arts Management from Queen’s University Belfast and has a background in visual arts, art history, and event management.

Alongside her role with EastSide Arts, Tarah is continuing to develop her own creative visual art and research practice. She is passionate about the arts as a force for community building and regeneration, and believes in connecting artists and audiences through meaningful, ambitious work.
