Neal Campbell

Neal has joined the team as Cultural Development Manager and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of EastSide Arts, ensuring that arts and creativity play a central role in contributing to the regeneration of east Belfast.

Neal is passionate about delivering a sustainable place for art and artists within regeneration and community building.

Prior to joining EastSide Arts, Neal was General Manager of Vault Artist Studios, helping to grow Vault to become the largest artist-led collective in Northern Ireland. Neal maintains an active artistic practice as a documentary photographer and is also a co-founder and former chair of Belfast Tool Library, a groundbreaking charity promoting DIY, making, repair and the circular economy.
