George Best Listening Bench

We now have the Best seat to chat in east Belfast!

 

A bench in east Belfast has been transformed with a new design by Calum Best, son of famous east Belfast footballer, George Best. The bench pays tribute to George Best and is part of ITV Good Morning Britain's 1 Million Minutes campaign which has seen a number of benches across the UK being adorned with fresh designs across the UK being encouraging people to sit and chat in a bid to help stop loneliness in the UK. 

 

This bench is located at EastSide Visitor Centre beside the Luminaries and Legends mural.
