Feasibility Study Tender Opportunity

EastSide Arts Festival, Belfast International Arts Festival, Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival and Féile an Phobail Festival would like to appoint a company or individual to undertake a fully-costed feasibility study to ascertain how we might work in partnership to create a Festivals Apprenticeship Scheme in 2021/22.
