Farewell to Board Director James Brown

The EastSide Property board recently enjoyed a meal together to say thanks and farewell to long-standing board member James Brown.

 

James has been a long-time supporter of our work at EastSide Partnership. He was a member of the EastSide Partnership board from 2001 until 2014. He was also on the EastSide Property board from 2005 and became Chair in 2007, a role which he stepped down from in recent years.

 

James was especially passionate about the development of the Newtownards Road, having a business based there, and chaired our Newtownards Road 2012 subgroup which advocated for the environmental improvement and shop frontage schemes, amongst others.

 

We will miss James’ wisdom but know he will be keeping an eye on what we are up to, and will continue to support our work!
