Our eleventh throwback is to when we asked for your help to name bridges and pathways along Connswater Community Greenway The first bridge to be named by the public was the Sam Thompson Bridge (in Victoria Park) which received 44% of the vote back in 2013.

 

From 2013 – 2016, with your help, we have named 16 bridges, paths and play parks which have a local significance or which pay tribute to a special local person.

Some of the names are:
