Neil Vance

Neil Vance is the Facilities Manager for EastSide Partnership. He joined the organisation in October 2024 and has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality, retail, and care sectors.

Neil’s role involves overseeing the maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds for EastSide Partnership managed properties including Avalon House, The Carew Centre, George Best House and EastSide Visitor Centre to ensure they are managed and maintained to a high standard for staff, service users and visitors. 

Being an East Belfast resident, Neil is passionate and excited about the ongoing neighbourhood regeneration programmes in the area.
