Community Engagement Officer- EastSide Arts

EastSide Partnership are recruiting a Community Engagement Officer to support the delivery of the work of EastSide Arts in east Belfast.

 

The main purpose of this role is to:

 

• Support the EastSide Arts Manager to deliver the EastSide Arts strategic objectives
• Carry out effective engagement with a variety of community groups to identify their needs; co-design, deliver and evaluate a range of activities, programmes and workshops that meet these needs year-round and during the annual EastSide Arts and C.S. Lewis Festivalspport the successful delivery of our programmes with schools, parents and children to maximise participation
• Deliver and apply for funding for year-round community engagement projects and carry out all administration required by the funder
• Recruit, motivate, lead and manage a team of volunteers to assist in the delivery of all EastSide Arts festivals, programmes and activities
